“ Great place for elevated bar food. Great service, too. Happened upon it my accident but next visit won't be accidental. Dip trio was a great start. Pastrami Reuben was outstanding. Highly recommend the old fashioned, too. Wife had blackened chicken salad that she loved. If you're in the Arts Center area, you need to go here. ”
“ We went for bottomless brunch on a weekend. We came with a reservation at 12:15 and we were seated immediately. Food was hot and delicious and came out in less than 20 minutes. The service was absolutely wonderful and truly did make sure we didn't get to the bottom of our mimosas. ”
“ Popular bar in the area. I came because I was hoping to socialize so, I sat at the bar. I ordered the victory sour beer which was nice. I recommend. I also got the honey sriracha wings with a side of fries. The fries were crispy with the perfect about of salt. The bartender was great, consistently checked on me. ”

“ We went to "McCray's Tavern Midtown" to have a good time. What did that entail? Well karaoke, of course! The restaurant is deceptively big. From the outside it doesn't look like much. But inside it's a multi level behemoth. At the bar the bartender was great! She was on top of everything and everyone. She was friendly as well. They advised singing at 8pm so that's what we waited for. By 8:45pm however, DJ Sugar was ready to go. By 9:15pm no one but sugar sang. So my brother decided to go up. Once he broke the ice, people poured in to sing. Funny enough we met about five people there, all from New York! So of course we had to sing some New York, New York. It was a late night, but fun. If you need something to do in Atlanta on a Friday night, my suggestion is go see DJ Sugar from some singing. But be warned, Sugar is know to randomly join in with you. ”
“ What a great neighborhood pub! Stayed right around the corner for a work trip, and were pretty tired -- so rather than grab a Lyft to explore a different neighborhood, we walked over to McCray's. We enjoyed it so much, we returned the next evening! I had the chicken wings, which were messy but good! One of my friends had the pasta bolognese (I know, at a pub??) and she raved about it. I also got a side of sweet potato fries, which were the sweetest sweet fries I think I've ever had. The second time we went, we brought someone else with us. One of us had the carnivore flatbread, and loved it. The other had the smoked turkey club, and also loved hers. I had a chicken salad sandwich. Fresh, relatively light for pub food (which is what I wanted). Everyone was happy -- and two of us had leftovers to take back to the hotel for later snackies! We also had two awesome servers (the first of whom remembered us the second time we went). Really appreciated their input and ideas on the menu, too! ”
“ Can't complain about McCray's! McCray's is an easy place to drop by for a drink or a bite in Midtown. Service was about average, but the chicken tenders here are delish! I got a large order of tenders and found it to be too much, so I would recommend 3 tenders for your average hunger. Wings were nice and yummy as well! For Midtown prices, this place has great value! ”
“ Went to McCrays for brunch on Sunday and ordered the breakfast bowl with grits and an espresso martini. The bowl was really good and the grits were creamy which was perfect for me. Mixed with the eggs (I ordered over easy), sausage, and their sauce, it was perfect! I don't usually eat grits often but I'd definitely order their bowl with grits again. The espresso martini definitely was more of a premix type (kind of expected) and not the best. My one friend ordered the omelet and said it was really good and the other ordered the chicken and waffles which was good aside from the smaller sized chicken pieces. Overall, good food and would go back! ”
“ While visiting a friend in ATL, we stopped in twice. (Once for brunch, another for drinks) The food was ok. Service was super friendly. They have specials and events during the week. I hear their trivia is super fun. Plenty of seating. ”
